It's all covered by my provincial and federal health insurance. None of it has to go through any private insurer. Ask your insurance company about the appeal process. It might save you a lawyer bill.<br /><br />Even tho I have got my stimulator free because I am in a study, my insurance company came through for the operation and the surgeon and the anesthesia.
